Genesa, Inc. ships internationally from the United States. Once a package leaves the U.S., it enters the customs process of the destination country, and any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees assessed on the shipment are outside of our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These charges are set by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We're unable to predict what they will be, as they vary by country, product, and local regulations.

By placing an order for international delivery, you acknowledge and agree to be responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or related fees, and for any delays that customs processing may cause.
